Finance It Forward (“we,” “us”) is a business-financing broker located at 4590 MacArthur Blvd, STE 500, Newport Beach, CA. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use financeitforward.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: contact details (name, email, phone) and business information (business name, industry, time in business, revenue range, requested financing amount and product) submitted through our contact and prequalification forms. Our website does not ask for your Social Security number; sensitive underwriting information is collected later, in the secure application portal, only if you choose to proceed. Like most websites, our hosting providers also log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and functioning.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate financing options, match your request with lender programs, and service your transaction. Prequalification uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. We share your information with lenders and service providers only as needed to deliver the financing options you request.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send spam or add you to marketing drip campaigns you didn’t ask for.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) and retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
