What we collect

We only collect the information we need to match you with lenders that actually fund deals like yours. That includes your business details, owner information you choose to share, equipment information, the documents you upload, and what you tell us while filling out your application.

We keep you signed in with a secure cookie tied to your account, and we never store your password — only a protected, unreadable version of it.

Where it lives

Your application records and documents are stored in encrypted, secure storage. While you fill out your application, your answers stay on your own device until you choose to submit them — nothing you type is sent to any outside company along the way.

Who sees it

Only people you authorize. When you submit an application, we share the relevant fields with the lenders matched to your application's credit-box fit — and only those lenders. We do not sell data to data brokers. We never share data with advertising networks.

Your rights

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — fix anything that's wrong.
• Right to erasure — delete your account; we'll remove your records across every system within 30 days. You can self-serve from the Settings page.
• Right to portability — receive your records in a machine-readable format.
